Please note, this property is 3.7 km (2.3 miles) from campus. Some like to walk, some like to bike, some take the trolley. The Baltimore Avenue Trolley stop is around the corner, along with Baltimore Avenue bike lanes, leading directly to campus. The... Angora Regional Rail stop is also nearby. The campus is only two stops away.

Your housemate will be Ilyass, an architect from Morocco. We share a ride to the ALDI grocery store every other week.

A private, furnished bedroom plus study, on the second floor can be yours for $625 per month. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor. The first floor consists of a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. The enclosed front porch is a great place to store your bicycle. There is a half bath, washer/dryer, and plenty of space for storage in the basement.

Affordable rent covers all utilities, including wireless internet. International students/scholars/faculty welcome. Owner/manager lives nearby and provides pickup and drop off to the airport or train station if needed.

Two blocks away you will find a shopping center with a grocery store, dollar store, Dunkin' Donuts, PNC Bank, and Chinese takeout. Two blocks in the other direction and you're in Cobbs Creek Park, with walking, hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, basketball, and an ice skating rink.
